Equipment Rental Policy Back To Top

It shall be the responsibility of all persons operating rental boats to comply with Oregon boating Laws and to return all equipment in the same condition in which it was rented. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Any damage to Lemolo Lake resort property will be paid for by the renting party.

Cancellation Policy Back To Top

Lodging reservations are contracts for lodging only, and do not guarantee good weather or other conditions effecting the quality or availability of recreational opportunities. Lemolo Lake Resort has a 30 day cancellation policy. Full payment is taken several days prior to check-in. This payment becomes non-refundable 30 days before reservation. This reservation policy includes, but is not limited to Cabins, room tax, boat or other rentals, R.V. sites, pet fees, etc.
If you wish to pay with cash or a check; The cash/check must be mailed to us within one week of reservation or the balance will be charged to your card. The payment must be made in full before arrival.

Lemolo lake Resort accepts up to two (2) well mannered pets in all our cabins, and must be declared at time of check in. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds, or the café/store area. Service animals are exempt in the store/lodge. There is a $10 per pet per night charge, not to exceed $50 per pet for extended stays.This fee covers the additional time and effort required to clean the guest accomidations after a pet visit. In addition to the cleaning fee, all guests with pets must sign a “Pet policy” agreement upon check in and provide credit card information and authorization for above normal cleaning or damage. Douglas County has a leash law which must be obsereved. Pets may not be left unattended in the cabins, or leashed outside the cabins unattended. Excessive barking and whining will not be permitted.
